• Account information: Name, email, and billing details
• Deployment metadata and configuration files
• Logs and telemetry strictly related to your interaction with our platform (not your hosted apps)

3. Data Isolation

All application data and infrastructure remain fully within your AWS account. We do not store, replicate, or back up your application data.

Envirobly staff may temporarily access your AWS environment to help resolve technical issues or improve the service, but such access is strictly limited and authorized by you.

4. Use of Personal Data

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve our services
• Provide customer support
• Communicate about your account or service updates
• Process payments (via Stripe)

5. Third-Party Services

We share personal data with:

• Stripe (payment processor): Manages subscriptions and transactions
• Amazon Web Services: Used for provisioning and orchestrating infrastructure

These third parties have their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform only uses functional cookies and only upon sign in, to provide the requested service to the customer. No tracking or analytics based cookies are employed.

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Data Retention

We retain account-related data as long as your account is active. Upon termination, data will be deleted except as required for legal or financial compliance.

We use encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. Continued use of the service means you accept any updated terms.
