Envirobly offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to begin using the service.

1. Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests under the following conditions:

• Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges);
• Service disruptions caused by platform-side issues;
• Other issues evaluated on a case-by-case basis;

You must submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please write to [email protected] and include the following:

• Account email
• Invoice ID
• Description of the issue

Refunds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
