Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Envirobly, a containerized web application hosting and orchestration platform. By using Envirobly (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Envirobly is owned and operated by Robert Starsi, a sole proprietor based in Slovakia.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to both individuals and businesses. By using the Service, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Envirobly can not be used to host the following content:

We reserve the right to terminate your Envirobly account without notice in the case of a violation of these restrictions.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Service

Envirobly provisions, orchestrates, and monitors resources inside your Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) account based on deployment configurations you provide. All data remains within your AWS account, unless you decide to delete it through Envirobly.

Envirobly staff or authorized personnel may access your connected AWS account temporarily to assist with debugging, support, or improving the Service.

5. Billing and Payments

Envirobly operates under monthly usage based billing model:

Payments, subscriptions and invoicing are handled by Stripe.

You’ll be billed between the 1st and 5th of each month, for the previous months usage, calculated to the second plus the monthly account fee multiplied by the number of active AWS accounts you have connected to your Envirobly account present on the 1st of each month. If you delete an AWS account from Envirobly, you won’t be charged the account fee for it starting from the next billing cycle.

If you delete all owned AWS accounts from Envirobly, your subscription will be paused starting next month, after you’ve been billed for any remaining usage charges.

For more details, see our Pricing page.

6. Data Ownership and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of your application data and AWS resources.

Envirobly is not responsible for data loss resulting from actions you take — such as deletion of your deployments, AWS infrastructure, or backups. These actions are irreversible and cannot be restored by Envirobly.

7. Availability and Support

Envirobly does not provide any guaranteed uptime or service level agreements (SLAs). Email-based support is provided on a best-effort basis to all users.

8. Third-Party Services

Envirobly integrates with Amazon Web Services and Stripe. You acknowledge that third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Envirobly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved under Slovakian jurisdiction.
